Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by X Ring Armory are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, X Ring Armory will give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 30 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee May Apply). If the part is unused/unopened, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for any open products returned or cancelled special orders

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of X Ring Armory order processing

Sales are final on clearance merchandise & special orders

*All returned good must have prior consent. Please email or call for Return Authorization prior to returning any product.

*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
