Shipping
X Ring Armory usually ships the next business day using standard USPS
airmail, USPS priority mail, UPS, or FedEx. A shipping provider is selected
based on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at X Ring Armory discretion. If a certain carrier is preferred, please call
and we will accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may
apply.
X Ring Armory offers flat rate shipping for $9.95 and free shipping for orders of $200.00 or more. Shipping insurance IS NOT included. If shipping insurance is desired, it may be selected at an additional charge at time of check out.
Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may
be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided
by email on all orders. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited
and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if
nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to
you.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us by email or by
phone after you place your order. Actual shipping costs will be charged
for expedited shipping.
X Ring Armory ships to all 50 states in the US including Alaska & Hawaii.
Please note: Insurance is not included.
Shipping Exception - Ammunition
Due to Federal Regulation, actual shipping charges may be charged
Federal regulations requires us to obtain signature confirmation from
an adult present at the time of delivery. Ammunition will be shipped
via FedEx or UPS ground. Because of the weight of ammunition and the
requirements of signature confirmation, we reserve the right to charge
actual shipping costs based on the size, weight & location of
delivery address. We will notify you of the costs prior to charging
your card.
Lost / Stolen Package
X Ring Armory provides a tracking number upon order processing. If
you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us.
If the lost package is a result from a mistake of X Ring Armory, we will
replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package
is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded
by X Ring Armory. However, the contents of the packages will not be
reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was
purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. X Ring Armory will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the
claims process as needed.
Shipping to APO
Due to ITAR Regulations, X Ring Armory, LLC will not ship to APOs outside the USA
While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around
the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their
needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws
and regulations. Under these laws and regulations a shipment for
personal use to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the
United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military
service status, rank, etc.
